Reforesting San Juanillo with Costas Verdes
A Day of Planting and Community Collaboration
On July 21, 2026, ETERNA Foundation joined the community of San Juanillo, Guanacaste, for a reforestation initiative that left a lasting green impact along our coastline.
The School Community Takes Part
One of the highlights of the day was the participation of San Juanillo School. Welcoming students and educators into the initiative not only brought extra hands for planting but also created a meaningful opportunity for environmental learning, encouraging the next generation to care for their natural surroundings from an early age.
In Partnership with Costas Verdes
This initiative was made possible through our partnership with Costas Verdes, an organization dedicated to restoring coastal ecosystems. Together, we supported the event's logistics, coordinated volunteers, and provided refreshments and planting materials. Every tree planted represents a shared commitment to restoring our coastline.
Planting Roots for the Future
Beyond the trees planted, this initiative strengthened the bonds between ETERNA, the San Juanillo community, and our partners. It serves as a reminder that environmental regeneration is built through collaboration, community participation, and a shared long-term vision.
